Question: I'd like to ask about speaking my truth. Previously some healers told me that part of my healing has to do with speaking my truth and activating my throat chakra. Can you clarify that for me please?
Answer: As children many of us have been punished for speaking up or going against authority figures. As a result, we grow up afraid to speak up for ourselves or tell our truth. We may need to practice expressing and knowing what our truth truly is. We can start by free writing with this in mind: If the truth be known..... (writing out what is true for you). This process not only allows a person to speak their truth but also gives the "inner child" a safe place to express itself. Our body also responds to Truth: speaking our truth, as well as whether or not something is true for us. Close your eyes and draw your attention into your body. Ask about a situation and notice how your body responds. Notice your body contract or expand around a situation, person or belief? While you have your eyes closed you may ask your inner self to show you how best to express your truth in that situation. Then practice in your mind's eye that action to help reinforce your desired outcome. The more you stand in the truth of who you are, the more present and authentic you are, the more your beauty unfolds.
Question: When I meditate, I feel there is a block at the top of my head that stops me from moving my awareness up and connecting to the light. What do you recommend?
Answer: You can start by focusing on your breath and touching your high-heart space. As you breath into your high-heart see if you can notice a tiny spark. As you tune in, see if you can breath into that tiny spark as if you were moving into it. You might notice as you move more into your high-heart with your awareness and intention that it gets larger and eventually appears as if it is embodying you rather than you embodying it. And from here command the energy to move directly up to the First Source of All That Is - no stopping along the way - a direct connection as if you were plugging into an electric outlet. Use your breath to direct your intention and attention to make that shift from within the high-heart to connect directly with First Source. And with your intention direct that First Source energy to flow back down into your body. As with lightening when it meets the earth clearing the path along the way, clearing any blocks. Aligning your Soul Signature to your body from First Source, like when you turn on a light switch and the electricity moves through the cord into the source or socket. You are now directly connected with the life force energy that animates your body, bones and blood as an Individualized Sovereign Soul Signature from First Source.
Question: How do I operate from my expansive higher self throughout the day while dealing with people at work, family members at home, and those in my community?
Answer: Becoming aware of your breath draws your attention into your body and into the here and now. As you consciously breath, specifically in and out of your high-heart space (practice when it doesn't count) you will train yourself to operate more fully in the present here and now from your high-heart space directly connected to your Higher Self, Higher Wisdom and Quantum Presence. The more you do this when it doesn't count the easier it will be when it does (for example, while conducting business or dealing with family and friends).
Question: What is the difference between contemplating a decision from my head, mental or ego-self versus a Direct Knowing?
Answer: It's my experience that the difference between making a decision from the head or mental realm versus the direct knowing from your inner BEINGNESS is that there is a sense of judgement or separation versus allowance and inclusiveness. Our mental mind likes to judge, analysis and scrutinize. Whereas the direct knowing from our inner Beingness embraces and surrenders to the diving timing, harmony and balance. For example, if you are deciding on a particular situation and what you should do, you might tune into your head and ask the question. Then tune into your deep inner wisdom directly connect to the First Source of all Consciousness held in your high-heart area in the thymus gland area and ask the same question. You'll notice the body responds differently. The thoughts and feeling are distinctively different: one is self-centered and the other embraces the whole, the larger picture and flows easier for the greater good. When you combine the two and connect your high-heart with your brain, you generate scalar frequencies that project your inner consciousness out into the field as a solution that is both practical and altruistic.
