My Journey...

My journey

Over the years, I've been told by an unlikely mix of people—Spiritual Teachers, Shamans, Healing Arts Practitioners, Astrologers from both Eastern and Western traditions—that I am a Visionary, a Way Shower, a multi-dimensional Healer, Teacher, and Intuitive Counselor. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Honestly, looking at my 3D life back then, I felt about as far from those descriptions as a person could be. But over the past 30 years, having worked alongside hundreds of clients, one truth has become undeniable: what I love most, what comes most naturally to me, is helping people transform their lives—and sharing innovative ideas and inspired visions for a brighter future.

In 1995, I became an Ordained Minister and Reiki Master, shortly after earning a BA in Human Development—an interdisciplinary psychology program—from California State University, Hayward. I continued on for a year in the Consciousness Studies graduate program at JFK University in Orinda, California, and logged over 1,000 hours of training in the Holistic Health field, earning Certificates of Completion in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing, Yuen Energetics, Matrix Energetics, Stress Management Consulting, Massage Therapy, and more.

People sometimes ask why I chose this path—Psychology, Quantum Healing, Holistic Health. Was it because others told me I should, or that I'd be good at it, or that it fit my astrological charts? Why not become a doctor instead? The truth is simpler: I didn't believe I could survive another decade in formal education—it had already taken me that long, working full-time in a corporate career while attending school part-time, just to earn my undergraduate degree. And like so many people, I didn't believe I was good enough. What I did have, though, was an innate wisdom, and an incredible capacity to persevere.

As the ancients once wrote: "Know Thyself" and "Healer, Heal Thyself." I understood, on some deep level, that if I ever wanted to be a nurturing mother, a positive parent, a loving and supportive partner, a kind friend, a positive influence in the world—I had to do my inner work first. And I had plenty of it to do. I lived through a difficult childhood, painful relationships, a lack of confidence, and real struggles around money and finances. I've walked through divorce, bankruptcy, and more types of "jobs" than I can count—only to discover, again and again, that the true source of my difficulties lived within me: my thoughts, my feelings, my projections, and ultimately, my subconscious beliefs and energetic imprints.

The only place I could find real peace, the only way to heal the outer expression of my inner world, was to go within—to change what wasn't in alignment with the life I truly wanted to live. I had to clear the obstacles, weed the garden, pave the path forward. There was never anything wrong with me. I was simply facing the same kinds of challenges most people face on the way to their goals.

So, I studied. I moved through every process offered to me by the many teachers, healers, and counselors who crossed my path, and I remain deeply grateful for each one. But more than anything, I learned through living—through doing my own inner work, clearing my own past, and paving my own road forward. And in that process, my natural, innate gifts were born: the ability to work as an integrative, transformative therapist, gently—and sometimes assertively—clearing the blocks standing between my clients and their goals, whether in health, finances, or relationships. Through this work, with individuals and groups alike, beliefs and behaviors realign with new possibilities, and new possibilities generate new probabilities.

What most people don't know about me is that beneath this work lives an adventurous, courageous spirit, backed by real discipline and commitment. I've trained as a competitive bodybuilder and triathlete. I've studied metaphysics and quantum physics, and meditated daily, for 30 years. And one of the most exhilarating chapters of my life was spent as an advanced paraglider, setting new women's cross-country records and traveling to far-flung places like New Zealand and Turkey.

I love meeting new people, exploring new countries, and immersing myself in different cultures. In my spare time, you'll find me at the piano, singing, dancing, writing and illustrating children's books, hiking, out in nature, or sharing a healthy meal with a good friend—or simply spending time with my son, witnessing the magic and miracles that unfold every single day.

I invite you now to reach out and discover how I may be of service to you, or to someone you love.

Wishing you all the very best life has to offer: perfect health, perfect wealth, and incredible happiness,  Kristi
